These were some of the biggest shrimp I have ever seen. One of the cooks, Rick he has the white hair & his wife the other cook Vicki who has on the blue sweater, had a friend get them from the gulf.

I have a new use for WD40. Its works; I have not tried it at home.

The Berries are ripe.......The Bears are coming

I hope to get a picture of a bear this year, as there are a some in our area.

Local Fox

We have a local Fox that is very good at hunting small rodents (mice).

The Point

In the upper left hand corner you see The Point. Quite a few people will go there by boat to camp on the week-end. The Point is about 15 feet wide. You can hike out to it from one of the campgrounds , which is what we did. We found a fire ring, but to our surprise almost no litter.

Wilma & I have planed to make this hike for a long time, this seem like the right time. I am glad we did not try it by our selves. (We would have made it)

The Hikers

This is at the 1/2 way point, we did not look as good when we finished. The hike was only two miles, but some of it was not easy. Darlene & Tim kept a close eye on me and Wilma. They were afraid we would fall in the lake. Some of the trail was washed out, but we made it.
