As you can there is a little bit of Texas in CO. We are doing well with our Solar Panels, and have cooked twice in our Solar Oven. We have got some more food ready to put in the oven in the next few days. It was nice to get off work & have Dinner ready. It was not as good as what Lynda (our daughter) makes, but we all three could eat it & no one got sick (yet).

Our Summer Home
As you can there is a little bit of Texas in CO. We are doing well with our Solar Panels, and have cooked twice in our Solar Oven.
